You’ll always have the option of:

  1. Receiving a fresh replacement bag, or
  2. Getting a full refund to your original payment method.

No time limits. No hassle. Just our promise that every cup you brew will live up to the Cape Coffe Co. standard.

Non-Coffee Products (e.g. accessories, merchandise) – Can be returned within 14 days if unused, in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds – Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
